Prices start from £225 per week for Two Bedroom Studios and £265 per week for single studios. Please contact the Accommodation Team for more information.

Overview
Booking a room is easy. Follow the steps below to secure a room at our residences in Hoxton.
Or alternatively you may download a printable version of our Booking Form. You will need to make sure this is completed in full before sending to us. Please send all Booking Forms to: Hive Accommodation Office, 100 East Road, Hoxton, London, N1 6AA.
2. Booking fee
Once your Booking Form is completed either on-line or printable PDF hard copy, a non-refundable booking fee of £250* becomes payable. The booking fee converts into your security deposit when you move in to your room.
To book rooms for Jan- September 2010 please contact the Hive team directly. (see details opposite).
To book a room from September 2010 you can apply and make payments on-line.
3.Confirmation email
Once we have received your booking form, fully completed, and the booking fee of £250 you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Tenancy Agreement
You must then download, sign and return two copies of your tenancy agreement to the accommodation team within 14 days. You will also have to provide some proof of identity. Remember, if you have a guarantor they will also need to sign the tenancy agreement.
5. Rent payment
You need to pay rent in advance unless you can provide a UK based Guarantor.
The total rent is due when you sign the tenancy agreement.
